Case Description - Tony Webster was traveling eastbound on I-435 near Roe in Overland Park, Kansas when his automobile was side-swiped by a United Van Lines truck; Tony suffered back/neck injuries. The driver of the United Van Lines Truck left the scene of the accident and was witnessed using spray paint to cover up the impact area on the bumper of the truck.
